This page is dedicated to the memory of Easton Joseph Pellegrin (1913-92), a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin and founding Grand Knight of K.C. Council 5013. Brother Easton was a Fourth Degree K.C. who received the Medal of St. Louis from Archbishop Philip Hannan of New Orleans. He was a well-respected and wonderful man with a heart as big as any other. He is greatly missed by his children, family and friends.
